Our ongoing quest to continue to improve the performance of our products led to the discovery of these new Unswitched Double Mains Stainless Steel Sockets with black inserts. Were pleased to report that they sound very good in fact, they are the best-sounding UK mains sockets weve ever auditioned better even than our fine-sounding Audiophile Sockets!

The PURE SOUND are high quality 13 Amp socket, with robust terminals and high pressure contacts for a low resistance connection, Superior sounding double 13A 250V rated wall socket. (complies with all CE safety standards and regulations and are rated to EU standards.)

For good measure, every PURE SOUND Socket is subject to our Advanced Cryo Treatment for best performance. The key part of this process is not the freezing of the components, but the very slow return to room temperature(over a 24hr period). The key components are subjected to this closely monitored process, twice! and finally treated with DeoxIT (tm) D7 contact enhancer.

All our Sockets are a straight swap for existing UK mains sockets. Before replacing sockets, ensure the mains electricity is turned off at your consumer unit. If in doubt, always consult a qualified electrician.
