The stunning new MD150 monoblock. 150W of silky smooth power from a matched pair of Tungsol KT150 valves in ultra-linear push-pull mode, or 95W in triode mode. A pair of Jinvina (onion) 6SN7s drives the output stage via Audyn reference capacitors. A massive, hand-wound output transformer, using 99% oxygen-free copper wire on the best Japanese E-I laminations completes the output stage. It doesnt get much better than this! Incorporates a standby switch to allow the valves to warm up before the HT is applied, helping to prolong the valves lives.
